Success Training for Coaches

When I built my software company, I discovered that I needed coaches and consultants to help me take care of clients. Two years after I decided to implement a consultant program, I had 350 Certified Consultants connected to my company. I had to figure it out on my own, I made a lot of mistakes before I hit upon the best way to train a group of that magnitude. Later, as the CEO of Business Breakthroughs, I once again confronted the same issue; building a huge coaching organization and effectively training them.

I had found a better way.

Then, after I left BBI, I once again returned to working with private clients. Interestingly, many were coaching company owners. After the 3rd one in a row, I decided to prepare some video training so next time, I could get past the basics and move right into the “interesting” part of my consulting time with clients. Eventually, those videos evolved into a full blown, B-School level course called Coaching System Architect. I did this to help coaches which having been one for decades, made sense that I would distill what I know down to Ten Basic Modules and use everything I know about learning management systems and feedback to make those easily comprehensible.
